The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between Global Human resources Managemet (GHRM) and Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and Companies' performances (CP) 470 questionnaires were distributed from June 25th to July 26th, 2016 to the employees who work in the resource-oriented industry of Nanning, China, there were 451 questionnaires returned. The Multivariate Analysis of variance (MANOVA), structure equation modeling was used to analyyze the conceptual framework. The results and findings showed that the GHRM had positive effects on companies' GSCM also proved that GSCM can improve company performances (CP) (Environmental and operational performances).
For demographic analysis, this research can provide the major respondent group of resource-orriented industries in Nanning city (such as age and company types, which are good for government regulators to formulate relative policies or continue to further research study in this area) Secondly, companies and regulators in Nanning city can understand more about GHRM and GSCM, which have positive effects on operational performances and environment preformances of companies, thus this study points out that environmental protection investment is worthy. Thirdly, The integration of GHRM and GSCM can help companies to improve CSR (corporate social responsibility) performances, and it is also good for the sustainability development study.
